Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Leaps N Bounce Backyard Inflatable's L.L.C
reserves the right to cancel any reservation, Leaps N Bounce Backyard Inflatable's L.L.C, deems
dangerous or jeopardizes safety in any way.

All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve equipment. Payment must be made

system. Acceptable forms of payments are cash, check, money order, and major credit cards.
Events paid for by credit card must be paid in full at the time reservation is placed. Once Leaps N
Bounce Backyard Inflatable's L.L.C personnel arrive at your party/event location, any outstanding
balance will be paid to the Leaps N Bounce Backyard Inflatable's L.L.C representative prior to the set
up of equipment.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Renter decides to cancel the event due to inclement weather, the Renter,within our normal
coverage area, will notify Leaps N Bounce Backyard Inflatable's L.L.C.  a minimum of 1 hour prior to
the start of the event. For all other areas a minimum of 2 hours is required. Leaps N Bounce
Backyard Inflatable's L.L.C will mail the Renter a credit voucher in the amount of the deposit,
redeemable up to 1 year from the date of the canceled event.

Delivery Policy:
There is a no delivery charge for all orders within our covered delivery areas.. Mileage in excess of
the 20-mile radius of our normal delivery areas will incur an additional delivery charge. All mileage
calculations are base upon information obtained from www.mapquest.com.

Weather Policy:
Equipment will not be set up in the following conditions; rain, snow, wind in excess of 20mph, muddy
conditions, or temperatures below 50° F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate
indoor location for your event (such as a church, school gym or community center). If you choose to
have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will
forfeit your deposit.
